Exports of over 38,000 tons of goods from North Khorasan Customs

Seyed Ebrahim Hosseini, in an interview with the Mehr News Agency reporter, stated: During the first 5 months of this year, more than 38,000 tons of goods were exported from the North Khorasan customs.

He further added: These 38,000 tons of goods had a financial value of 16 million and 502 thousand dollars.

The director of North Khorasan Customs said: The main exported goods were urea fertilizer, easy-open steel products, and sodium hydroxide, which were exported to countries such as Uzbekistan, Iraq, Turkey, and Afghanistan.

Hosseini stated that the amount of goods exported compared to the same period last year decreased by 48% in value and 58% in weight.

He continued: Raw materials and equipment for production units, solar panels, vanilla, and edible rice were the imported goods that entered the country from Pakistan and Mauritius.

Hosseini said: The amount of imported goods compared to the same period last year decreased by 14% in value and 5% in weight.
